Report a problem

To report a problem:

  • Go to your profile by tapping Profile (icon)
  • Click on (drie puntjes vertical)
  • Tap on ‘Helpcenter and look if your problem can be solved by any of the help articles
  • If no articles are found sufficient, go back to the previous step and tap Report a problem and select a topic.
  • Follow the steps in the app to submit the problem

If the suggested steps do not fix your problem you can select No to the question "Is your problem resolved?" and click Still have problem so that you can contact us with further details about your problem.
